I’ve stuck to this for quite a while now, and although I do get a craving for bread when there’s a freshly baked loaf being sliced right in front of me, I hardly ever feel deprived for not eating it. Having lots of protein and carb cutting generally seem to have helped a lot. I have elaborated a lot more on the benefits of my new diet on the giving up sugar goal, suffice to say I feel like a different (much better) person! I am marking this one as done to make room for my next goal of giving up beer. Onwards!
