these are the rules
so i have decided to log all my sleeping hours, from going to bed at night to getting up in the morning and i will post them at the end of each week.
at night i have to actually be in bed (as getting ready for bed can take really long if i’m in slow mode). in the morning i have to actuallly be out of bed (as i tend to hit the snooze button or just switch to music).
and getting up early for work doesn’t count.
