I LOST 30 POUNDS DUDES

yep, i joined the gym changed my eating habits and whamo, it came off. no starving or diet pills, just old fashioned exercise and healthy eating ( alot of lean cuisines and cucumbers LOL). i only want to lose 20 more pounds so im well om my way !!
