Go to bed at 10pm for a week
Test run

I made a conscious effort since I set this goal, to try to at least hop in bed by 10pm and see if I could do it, and while I couldn’t do it every night, I did it a lot and now feel that it’s realistic. So now I feel primed and ready for this goal. To be completed the week after next, I think, or at the very least before winter’s end!
