I’m on an effective diet. With a food journal. I’ve refused bad foods even when they’re in front of my face . . only, what, two months left of this?! :D

really the key is motivation. What you do is when you’re hungry and you see something that you want to eat but you know you can’t, just think of how good you’ll feel when you lose the weight and how something healthier will fill you up just as well. My friend, who doesn’t think I should lose weight (because she is lame, ahahah), brought a tub of candy right in front of my face and was wavering the pieces right under my nose. I was able to turn down the candy because I knew it was against the diet that was working so well so far, and really, once you start a diet it makes you feel SO much better about yourself. Even before you see the results, you feel them.
