I would love to read the New Testament in it’s original language. They offered Hebrew at the Bible School I went to, but Greek was always more interesting to me. And now, I have a roommate that is Greek and my boyfriend learned it in school! Maybe they can help me…

I hope you get to learn Greek! I’d love to learn Hebrew. I have a bible pc that helps with Greek and Hebrew and knowing the original meaning of the words. Good Luck!

koukla I'm writing my 2011 Art Goals blog post.

Your Greek friend probably speaks Modern Greek which is VERY different from the Greek of 2,000 years ago. Many things are similar though. Start by learning the alphabet and being able to sound out words. This will help you with vocab.
