I’ve actually lost about 45 pounds so far this year. I feel great and really it wasn’t that hard todo.

How are you doing it?
Thanks
Well I started off by eating less. No extra helpings are big servings. I do my best to try to eat with a fork, which could also mean no fast food. But I didn’t force that, I still grab a burger now and then, but no biggie size. I started eating a healther food, again little to no fast food. I ate when I got hungry, not when “normal” eating times are. Just doing that I dropped about 30 pounds in a few months. I should add that I do get a lot of exercise around work, the house and yard, plus chasing a toddler around. Next I stopped drinking so many soft drinks. I would drink 3,4 or more a day. I started drinking lots of water I try for the 8 glasses a day. But I still have a soft drink every few days. I stopped drinking heavy full beers on the weekend and started drinking light beer. Now I hardly drink more than 1 or 2 a week. Doing that took off another 10 pounds of several months. The other few pounds just continue to come off by continuing the above. I should note that I didn’t starve myself or stop eating my favorite foods, like pizza on Fridays or potatoes, rice, etc. I just ate less. After the first few weeks, it gets easy and it wasn’t even something I worked at, it just happened.
