I have been losing weight now for a year, and now that I’m finally under 200 lbs, I am trying to push it to the point that I don’t hate my body. I used to have an eating disorder, so I really need to take this slow and think about how I am losing weight. I bought a bikini for me to wear when I’m comfy in it. It hangs on the door of the closet, staring at me. Next week I will weigh myself and then regroup on what I’m doing. Good luck to everyone!
