Invent new recipes for my glut of vegetables (read all 8 entries…)

So today....

sees us picking a basket full of mushrooms. March is the month that all our button mushrooms pop up. So tonight I will cook some up with garlic, zucchini (of course) and onion. There is still going to be a lot left over for breakfast with toast – yum!!

Yes, we do......

.... (10 acres), but only a portion of it to veggies. We have kept the blackberry canes around our dam, so that every year I can pick them, and the mushrooms come up by themselves – usually around where I water all the time….

We have soooo....

many mushrooms at the moment. I am picking them every day…. a lot of risottos, sauces, and mountains grilled for breakfast – yummie!!
