God, it would be so cool to be able to do a backwalkover again without hearing serious cracking noise and looking like I’m spasming and falling down at the same time. (So not pretty.)

OMG!
I just read what you wrote. I feel the same way! How come we can’t hold ourselves up in a backbend anyway? How did we do backwalkovers on the beam? LOL Let me know how you are doing, maybe we can compare limber notes once a month! LOL Teraisa
I’d be happy to have a partner in the ole limber-up routine. You’ll have to write and tell me how it’s going next month. I just don’t have the time for classes (yoga, pilates, etc), so I’ve been trying to be good and work out and stretch every other day. Pah, some days, I’m so lazy, I can’t stand it. But the stretching is really relaxing and I always feel more focused afterwards. [Also, glad to know you switched to CSS, sounds like you’re a pro now. I’m going to start the gd (you’re right about “gosh-darned”—as well as other varients) blog soon.] Cheers!
Ugh
Month one is zilch, I left for a week, now I am sick. :-( But.. we shall not give up and we shall do a backwalkover! How’s it going? How about once a day (even if in the bathroom), we simply try to push up into a backbend. Nothing more, just a start? That alongside stretching. I’m still sick, but that does make it more ‘do-able’. Not sure if you know I am 40, but I have the lungs and energy of an 80 year old… so if I do it, I want a marching band! Thanks for staying in touch, I love this. Too fun. Nice break away from everything else. Teraisa
