Worth doing!

Went to the workout room today, did 30 min on the bike, 10 on the rowing erg, and 10 on the stair stepper. Yeah, I could have done more, but I wasn’t feeling it today. Some days are like that, but I always just let it pass and figure tomorrow will be better. It almost always is.
