Yesterday we drank some “Pécharmant” dated 1998.
‘twas a good, quite rich-tasting wine, which went well with the moussaka the Lionness cooked.
I still have three bottles of this wine slowly getting old, but i think it may be time to drink them, letting them go older may not be necessary or wise
