I have mixed feelings about this. My dilligence has led to a mostly positive development – I’ve been promoted (in responsibility only, not pay or title-wise), and am now training and supervising a group of other catalogers remotely. Which is great, I’m glad to do it and glad I’ll be able to put more management experience on my resume – but it’s more work for me.
