Now that I’ve become obsessed with roller skating, I hardly care about any other forms of physical activity. If I weren’t teaching, I wouldn’t be doing any yoga OR Pilates! Bad, naughty teacher! I know my classes are suffering. Sometimes I’m really glad I work in a gym where people don’t notice the difference so much.

Such a great workout
Have you noticed a difference in your legs and abs?
Not so much
Pilates has my abs pretty strong already, but my legs have been pretty sore! Especially the hip flexors, gotta stretch those a LOT more nowadays. I sure am having fun though!
I did take a little extra yoga teacher training, though. So I’m not SUCH a naughty teacher after all.
