i walked, like, 3 miles yesterday! 2 years ago

it was such a pretty day i couldn’t resist going to the grocery store on foot. i skipped a few marked workout days…felt bad about that, but i won’t let it discourage me from following my game plan in the future. i actually got my man to start doing yoga with me sometimes – huge step!
