Run a mile without stopping
if i can do it, you can too

don’t give up on this goal! when you actually make it, you’ll feel great. It might take you a week or two, depending on your fitness level or whatever, but keep going and take things slow at first and don’t get discouraged! I weigh 180 pounds and I do it almost every day. You can, too.

... and am very encouraged that you’ve actually been able to run an entire mile at once.

I’ll be using the Fartlek method and an every-other-day routine as of next week.
