to be consistent. If you tell them they will be punished for doing something bad/wrong, then follow through with it. As soon as they realize that you won’t follow through then it’s over, they’ll quit minding. I’m happy to say I have two adult children that I’m very proud of. My son is in the Army, and my daughter is in college. Neither have been in any serious trouble and they are loved by many.
