master cleanse (read all 3 entries…)
Gone, gone, gone.

By day 10, these are the things that are gone:
– 14 lbs
– my ecxema
– my dry scalp
– eye floaters
– dry skin
– bad complexion
– the soup I made for everyone else and didn’t have, but damn,
it smelled so good.
– 3 bottles of maple syrup
– self doubt
– headaches
– fatigue

Keep up the good work, guys. You have helped me make it this long. I am still going, maybe 12 days. I have a few more things that need to make the list.

But gone for good?

I’m curious to know when you finish the cleanse, how do you intend to make food choices? Are you going back to just eating healthy? Or are you going organic or vegan? You sound so happy to have all of these benefits from the cleanse. Do you think that might change post cleanse? I am planning on trying this for the first time after the 17th. Any advice you could give to me would make me eternally grateful. Btw..keep it up! I’m cheering for you!

Aftermath...

I do have fears about after the fast. I am a vegetarian, although I do occasionally eat seafood. I intend to do more food preparation and less eating out. I try to avoid dairy as much as possible. I don’t use it to cook with. I use soy substitutes – cheeses, soy meats, milk, etc. Avocados, beans, and mushrooms are my main sources for protein. I have to drink less wine. I am now off coffee, thanks to the MC. I can’t imagine it feeling good in my belly now. I also need to watch the carb thing. I love bread. I did find these great brown rice noodles. Most of the pastas, like spelt and whole grain just don’t do it for me. I am going to make more soups, that I can freeze and take with me to work. Oh, before the fast, my fatigue was fierce. Now, my energy level has allowed me to workout without crashing. This will help me stay on track. Another thing I need to do is take probiotics to replace the good bacteria lost in this cleanse. Whole Foods sells it in the cooler section of the supplement dept. Don’t buy it if it is at room temp. Also, Kombucha, sold at Whole Foods and other health food markets is a fermented raw tea that is cold, and packed with probiotics, and it tastes good too. Good luck. You can do it. Without fear there is no courage.

Yay for all the stuff on your list! I was pretty excited to see the whole eye floater thing you were talking about a few posts ago. I thought I was the only one that had the weird eye things. It’s nice to know im not. I hope mine go away!

Great stuff.

That eye thing. It seems that everything going on in our bodies is related to the food. Good luck with your cleanse. Great things ahead!

maggijig, r ur floaters totally gone from the master cleanse? what about the white flashey things?

Floaters....

I don’t have flashy things. The floaters left completely. Amazing stuff.

r u sure? ive read all over that they dont go away. do u just “think” they went away

and where do u get master cleanse

where do i get it

where can i purchase the Master Cleanse? my local health food store?

online reading

Go to healthandlight.com/TheMasterCleanse.pdf
You can read the book for free on the site. Read the whole book, cover to cover. Don’t make your own variations on what is suggested. Stick to it. Do it for 10 days or more. I have done it twice, and it is tough, but the results will blow your mind. Good luck.

lol thats a lot of reading. any kind of quick summary u can give?

also, did u take it intending to get rid of your floaters or did it just happen

and are you sure? i read this from some guy who claims he went to get eye surgery for something (not floaters). he said this;

“You can’t get rid of floaters.”

how is it that this can get rid of them? From what I understand the floaters are inconsistencies in the fluid inside your eye. So, how can you possibly change that?

maggijig has gotten 5 cheers on this entry.
