Actually I met a man walking on the beach early one morning this summer. He was handsome, enough to smile at and…well…flirt shamelessly with. I noticed immediately that I was getting absolutely nowhere, I may as well have been a rock standing there. He asked if he could join me, said he was a tourist (we have trillion in Sandpoint in the summer) and we walked around the beach just chatting. He talked about wanting to have a baby, wishing that part of his life were fulfilled, and I talked about the joys and stresses of being a single mom, basically just sharing life stories. As it happens, he’s a very close friend of my Aunt’s in Utah…small, small world! I met him and his husband for lunch, and realized immediately that it is indeed true, all gay men are hot, hot, hot. I spent the day just hanging out with them, showing them around town, etc. Since that day, and since meeting them, I am seriously considering volunteering up my goods as a surrogate mother for the two of them. They’ve been together for 10 years, they’re both sucessful financially, live in a beautiful clean home, have a close extended family, and are both so sad about not having a child. They are a foster family, and have had various foster children, but (especially in Utah) have had each child reuinited with their birth families. Pro’s? Con’s? I’m leaning more and more towards doing it.
So I met a couple...

Well, I definitely applaud you. That sounds fantastic. Keep in mind however, that although you are doing a GREAT deed for these two wonderful people, you will become extremely attached to this infant, and will have to give it away. Remmember that you will give life to a wonderful child who will be placed in a wondeful home , however you will be greatly affected. Hope it all works out well Best of luck.<3
