Well down to 165lbs

Still kinda on a plateau but I am happy.

I got some heavier weights the other day and it made a difference, my workout was harder…

So I guess this is a finished goal :)

down 15lbs? that is good! I’ve been struggling to lose 10! You seem to be doing fairly well & I hope you continue.

I was almost down to 160...

then summer came and beer ruined everything ;) I am sitting at 170 but I have had to buy new clothes and had some pants altered to fit better so I guess I am getting a little more muscle. You can lose ten, you just need to stick with it. I used a combination of healthier choices in my diet and some light exercise a few times a week. I still battle my love of ice cream and I still indulge I just don’t over indulge. All work and no fun makes “thevert” a dull boy.
