I went to turn on the TV two nights ago and thought better. I announced to my boyfriend that I was starting a new book given that it’s Spring Break. School has been an excuse to not read anything but text books, but I’m throwing that out now. So I started one of his books on his recommendation. Read a chapter the first night and fell asleep. Read three chapters last night and it feels good. I’ll still watch a little tube during the day (esp during the workout) but the book thing is definitely helpful!
