Achievement :)

I’ve completed my first objective, it took me a week longer than expected but I’m happy because I’ve done it!!!
I’m no longer obese! “Only” overweight. I know that there is still a long way to go, but since I have been obese all my life I’m very excited!
I’ve lost 5 pounds—>BMI 29.9
Nevertheless, I still have to work on excercising. So my next objective is to start going to the gym.
