Iv’e been reading books about investment and smart ways to handle your money.

All I need to do now is learn more about different investment options and select the right one for me.

Ounce that selection has been made I will put my time & effort into that type of investment… weither it’s relestate or stocks… I need to go out and find the right one for me.

This sounds like a great approach to investing. We did a lot of research before we started our share portfolio and are still learning. I am not sure what the situation with residential real estate is in your area but in Australia it is very difficult to get anything with a decent yield. In relation to the stock market we found some of the books written about Warren Buffett to contain a lot of commonsense. We also enjoyed Peter Lynch’s books. Best of luck with your investing.
