with this year coming to a close, i couldnt be happier.

the days before i started high school were like hell.
i paced through my house, and felt lonlier than i ever had in my life.

the lesson that i learned about starting high school is to be yourself and no one else.

there will always be the “popular girls”, but they dont matter. be friends with the people who will stick by your side.

i’m not friends with the majority of the “popular” people, but i have made so many other friends, from all different groups of people, that i couldnt care less about the “popular” ones.

speak up and talk to people. you wont regret it.

i hope my advice has made you 8th graders more at ease.
