When I was 18 I left home and managed to get myself down to 98lbs which was amazing but then I got in a bad relationship and it all piled on comfort eating. Now im home again after 4 years of shit and I got a new guy on the scene so I gotta do something quick. Last time i was doing lots of sport but now I am working and dont have as much time. Im looking for tips people and support – this time I wanna do it as quickly as possible so this is an SOS to all you success stories.
