so the past 3 weeks have been okay. i could do better. Ive been taking my lunch to school more often and exercising ( but not everyday :[ )The scale isnt really moving but i see a little change in my body. I think im going to measure myself more instead of weighing myself for a while….(although i weigh msyelf every other week.) Yeah i’ll just have to see how that goes.
Spring break is this week so i’ll have to try alot harder to stop snacking and eating when i dont really need to. Im about to do taebo in a little while.
