its good to just let everything loose and cry once in a great while. think of crying as stress leaving your body. it helps in some aspects.

it depends on what you’re crying about. if it makes you feel better, then continue to do it. but if you just sit down and cry and then feel awful afterwards, stop. keep yourself as busy as possible. keep your mind motivated & your body active. crying can be a certain endorphine but it can also leave you feeling helpless.
