today definitely got better than it was this morning. i went to class & then took a long nap & i felt so much better. i ate pretty healthily too..
breakfast: nada…some water i guess
lunch: salad & a little yogurt w/granola
dinner: ham sandwich, carrot sticks, & like…1/3 c. of cottage cheese
all in all i think that’s pretty dece. i was proud of myself, bc instead of using the super fattening ranch dressing that i usually use on my salad i used red wine vinegar. i’ve also had about 3.5 liters of water today. and i ran! sooo…yay! hopefully tomorrow can be just as amazing.
