weigh 130 pounds (read all 4 entries…)
felt great yesterday - but scale hasn't budged 1 year ago

I have been tracking my food & exercise all week, and I felt great in yoga class last night… I felt thin & limber… but the scale hasn’t budged from 142.5 lbs. :-(

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

I would LOVE to be 130 lbs by Memorial Day Weekend… if I can get to 135 lbs by the end of April, I will reward myself by booking a trip to San Diego to see some old friends (and NOT be embarrassed to wear a bathing suit!).
