2 empty bar locations in a midwest small town population 15,000
1 bar has a license, just a building lease and main street location, $75,000 for contents and license;
other bar empty for 20 yrs , like a time warp , old neighborhood bar , would need remodeling but I could own the building for $40,000 + 35,000 repairs, plus I still would need the license from the other $75,000 location,
I know its risky business and its not just a party; but we want to have a bar & grill ( future family business) kids graduating culinary school ) we have been self employed for 20 yrs, so we know it takes hard work; any good advice is appreciated
