i went back to the gym last night and worked out my upper body and i ran on the eliptical for 35 minutes. i am doing awesome.

1 stepped on the scale this morning and i weigh 173 pounds. wow and to think at one time i looked at the scale 2 years ago and seen 215 pounds. i have lost weight up and down but i have never done this great. it’s been almost 5 years since i seen the 170’s.

great work! i saw a while ago that you were doing the special k diet and it seems to be working! its true, its all about portion control, but still refueling your body. great work, i ought to start being more dedicated to seeing some results!
