i am sticking to my plan, not exceding 1200 calories
have increased exercise by skipping for 10 alternating minutes every morning!
its good! because its FUN! :)
i dont know how much i’ve lost though, because we have no scales in our house.
i’ll just have to wait to next week when we go skiing, and the guy has to weigh me. HA that will be funny lets hope i’ve lost a lot by then!!!!

hows it going?....feeling shit myself, trying not to have like more than 500 cals a day….v hard, just had…today cup of tea and some cereal no sugar, bowl of sweetcorn, and had a low fat low cal chiken kiev and boiled potato?....is that ne good or not?
i try to avoid potato (carbohydrate)
usually i have just salad with no dressing and a breast of chicken plain, skinless. its boring, but its so low in calories =]
oh and tanons in tea arent good! i like green tea with lemon! incresses metabolism =]

ill have to get some of that then, well i have been dietibng for bout a week or so and i have lost 5 pounds so it is going just slowly, do you like steamed veg?...thats lovly…yeah potato and bread and rice thing that are bulky, salad is good cuz its so low but it fills you up..! No well i hate being sick too but i just feel awful wen i eat, it makes it easyer tho having somone to talk to!my boyfriend freaks out!...were you form? x

steamed veg is very good for u! but i just find it so filling, so i only hav it if im starving! i like cold foods best!!
my BIGGEST problem is fruit – is it good or bad? i am never sure. well i cant live without it. except never bananas pineapple or watermelon i know that.
muesli – good or bad? either way im addicted. once i tackle these problems im sure i could lose so much more!
yes it is so nice to talk to someone about this and not have them jump to conclusions and say ‘you’ve got an eating disorder!!!’
ohh and a new discovery! a tall glass of water with ice is good just before you eat in the morning, cause this burns 100 kcal :)

hiya, am really not doing good i have got into the habbit of throwing up after everything i eat and im really feeling bad!...my mumknows to and has marched me down the doctors bout it???...i feel so lost and unhappy with my self and no1 seems to understand….help!! x

something similar happened to me over the easter holidays, i was away for two weeks with friends and i didnt eat anything, only water. i came home and my parents took one look at me at then phoned doctors and nutritionists and they grounded me and watched everything i ate! i know crazy! but now i know how to lose weight properly, i dont have to starve myself i just got to eat the right things.
its the same for you; dont put yourself though the pain of throwing up and feeling guilty, just eat good foods and you will lose weight, but u wont disturb ur parents, so make sure they see that ur eating!
u seriously dont want to throw up though! your teeth will rot quicker than u can even kno! (i had a friend who was bulimic and 3 teeth fell out) and it will giv u nasty wrinkles on your mouth and a bloated tummy! u dont want this so please stop!
