.. .. I have walked for 50 minutes.
Cal is looking forward with joy and apprehension.
Of course any walk it good, but I find it more rewarding to walk vigorously, get my heart rate up, and keep walking. I do 25 minutes a day, six days a week have gotten off of my blood pressure medication and have a rock soled BP of 118/ 67!
