Quit Smoking
Quiting is not great fun but.....

Worth it. Now I smell cig’s and get a little grossed out. I’m hoping eventually it will do more then a little. I used the patch. It just made me itch. I stopped using it after 1 week. Yes, cold turkey. The most important thing I can say is when I was really stressed one day I cheated and took a hit off a cig, tasted like barf and did not make my stress go away. I used to run to the cigs for stress relief and that’s bull*@#$. It’s all in your head. I cannot lie, I still think about it…everyday. The thoughts are less and less though. I also really feel cleaner. I had smoker shame. I feel like a better person. Hey, whatever works!

BTW There is no shame in using products like gum/patch etc. just use them as directed, serious that’s important for withdrawal, and don’t let those casual social smokers say..oh I can quit without that stuff. They have no idea what it’s like to quit after 15 years and at least a pack a day! That was me. If I can do it, shoot..anyone can.

Money saved: $240.00 a month (My hubby and I both quit)
that’s $2,880.00 a year!!
Can you say VACATION???

1 month 12 days
