i took the day off yesterday from working out and had some beers and it was totally worth it. i woke up and i wasn’t hungover.
it’s nice to be back at the gym though. i went and ran for 70 minutes on the eliptical today so last nights calories didn’t stand a chance of sticking to my sides. awesome.
by may i should weigh either 155 or 160 pounds.
