It’s a very rewarding experience. My girlfriend and I got a kitten last winter. She’s very friendly and very easy to care for. Just be sure to spend time with the cat everyday and make arrangements for when you go out of town. I’d highly recommend keeping the cat indoors to limit exposure to fleas/ticks/mean cats, etc. In the long run, they will live longer and lead a happier life.
