Bedhead2 June bloom hula hooping!
I did yoga 2-5 times a week for 3 years, most of the time in a level 1-2 class. I thought that I should push myself and went to a very athletic level 2. The sweating nearly killed me and I just felt so tired afterwards. The pace was just too much as well. I quit yoga classes and switched to rollerblading, gently down the path. Well, not much of a work out but I felt so good doing it.
Anyway, that lasted for a while but now I am not doing either! This week I am going to try to squeeze as many little stretches into my day as I possibly can (at home or work). Hopefully this will motivate me to get back into yoga class, where the real workouts are!
Does anyone have any tips?
p.s. yoga girl in photo is not me though she does have bed head.
