Where I am going to keep track of my progress.

March

26th

I walked for a half of an hour, stretched, lifted weights, and used the eliptical trainer for a half of an hour.

April

2nd

Walked a half of an hour.
Stretched.
Lifted weights.
An hour on the Stairmaster.

It was my first time on the Stairmaster. Wow, did I feel it when I disembarked.

I didn’t do so good on this goal last week but I haven’t given up!

7th

I skipped a few days so I am going to go tomorrow too.

Today I walked for a half of an hour, stretched, lifted weights, and did the Stairmaster for 45 minutes.

10th

Done!

12th

I walked for a half of an hour, stretched, and did the Stairmaster for a half of an hour.

13th

Walked, stretched, and lifted weights for a half of an hour.

21st

It had been a week because I caught a cold but I walked, stretched, and did the Stairmaster.

Oh, and I caught the attention of some fairly good looking guy. It was almost creepy.

26th

Again it has been a little while …cramps, etc. But today I walked, stretched, lifted weights, and did the Stairmaster.

Today the guy introduced himself.

28th

Got a walk in, stretched, lifted some weights, and did the Stairmaster for 35 minutes.

The guy was there once again and with his usual big happy to see me smile. Which is very nice but kinda creepy.

FunnySunny can't believe her log in still worked.

I love the Cookie monster.

3rd

Walked, stretched, lifted weights, and Stairmastered!

5th

Done again. The usuall Walk, stretch, lift weights, and Stairmaster.

8th

Whew. I may have over did it today. I walked five miles, stretched, lifted weights, and I was on the stairmaster for an hour and twenty-five minutes. I am going to be sore tomorrow!

Not only...

Was I sore yesterday but my muscles are still sore today too!
