2nd
Walked a half of an hour.
Stretched.
Lifted weights.
An hour on the Stairmaster.
It was my first time on the Stairmaster. Wow, did I feel it when I disembarked.
I didn’t do so good on this goal last week but I haven’t given up!
7th
I skipped a few days so I am going to go tomorrow too.
Today I walked for a half of an hour, stretched, lifted weights, and did the Stairmaster for 45 minutes.
12th
I walked for a half of an hour, stretched, and did the Stairmaster for a half of an hour.
21st
It had been a week because I caught a cold but I walked, stretched, and did the Stairmaster.
Oh, and I caught the attention of some fairly good looking guy. It was almost creepy.
26th
Again it has been a little while …cramps, etc. But today I walked, stretched, lifted weights, and did the Stairmaster.
Today the guy introduced himself.
28th
Got a walk in, stretched, lifted some weights, and did the Stairmaster for 35 minutes.
The guy was there once again and with his usual big happy to see me smile. Which is very nice but kinda creepy.
