I have a very nice queen sized bed, good sheets and pillows. Instead I’ve been sleeping on my couch, which is not good for my body or my sleep patterns. Why? I have been falling asleep watching DVDs a lot, but I think I just don’t want to go sleep in my bed because I feel like I might miss something or I don’t want the day to end.

to get away from my bed, to have my own space, my BF is great don’t get me wrong. I just like to sleep, plus the kids are always worried about where I am and then I have homework to do, so it;s just easier then crawling in bed and laying there just thinking how I should have stayed on the couch….but when I wake up, I think why did I sleep on the couch my neck is killing me. :) can not win.
