i have been falling off track a bit lately because i am looking after my baby boy while my wife goes to school. i haven’t been eating fast food but i have been eating more frequently than i should be. i have to schedule much better.

tomorrow i am starting my dieting hardcore again because this is what got me down 20something pounds and i really want to break into the 160’s before may.

i will succeed! i will only eat what i can count! starting tomorrow.
