I usually don’t give up but this is an exception being that the Marathon has past and I wasn’t there.
A knee injury forced me to stop running and I used this as an excuse to stop training altogether, but the reality is that my training never did take off as it needed to.
My aproach was flawd from the start, I didn’t stick to my running schedule and I NEVER quite ate right.
Now I’ve set a less ambitious goal (Shouldn’t we adjust when we miss our target?) and have plans to run the Bogota Half Marathon on Colomiba this July 29, 2007.
I am adhering and keeping close track of my running and have already started to make improvements on my diet.
