Well, usually what happens when you go to get the application the manager will do a pre-screening. So, dress nicely and wear something that shows your figure, but is still classy. Also, WEAR NATURAL LOOKING MAKEUP!! Hooters does not like crazy stuff. Take out all facial piercings and cover any visible tattoos.

BE UPBEAT AND BUBBLY! Part of the job is sitting down and talking to new people, so you want to look approachable. If you do that, you will most likely be hired. The money is good, but you have to be a team player. The girls REALLY work together, so don’t start any drama and you’ll be ok. Also, from personal experience, DO NOT DATE ANYONE YOU MEET THERE or give out your phone number. It’s just NOT a good idea. Money is good if you are on top of your game, just learn your store’s specific rules!
