I wish I could still do that. 2 years ago

I use to be able to work out everyday. but after 7 years it has gotten hard to do it every week. I start getting tired and drained. I end up asleep on the bike. it strange I start out fine for the first 10 minutes then by 25minutes I start getting drouzy. then week. go figure.
