make more meals (read all 26 entries…)
late note

when I wrote this entry, I really meant to start trying new recipies and the like, and not rely so much on the meal in a box.
However, since my hand injury, chopping, dicing, and slicing has been next to impossible and sort of dangerous.

i did however, pull out an old favorite.

Chicken breast, loaded with Campbell’s reduced salt mushroom soup.

it was incredibly tasty after weeks of meals from a box.

I have to say, it isn’t gourmet, but it has potential!

My mom used to make this all the time

I like to do the same thing with chicken noodle too, since I’m not a big fan of mushrooms.

Adar What?

Oh, TJ!

I wish I could bring dinner over for you.

I agree with Hermes13, if an occasional convenience fresh food might not be a good idea.

OR, did anyone who lives nearby say to you, “If there’s anything I can do to help…”? They might be really glad to bring some food that wasn’t out of a box.

its ok

boxed food has gotten lots better. I do chopped frozen veggies, but I find I can’t really make curry without both hands.
I’m doing quite well in the foods department, but no new and exciting recipes.
