So, I can’t seem to get this done. I’ve hit a brick wall or something. It might be better if I could run and exercise more, but I live in a rural area on a dangerous, curvy road and we don’t have a treadmill. What should I do?

You can turn on the TV and go to the Fitness Channel. Move all your furniture around and start exercising! You could also just go up and down the stairs if you have any! There are really simple ways to exercise. Oh and the best workout shows on the FC (fitness channel) are from 5-7 in my opinion. Plus you can replace dumbbells w/canned food or bricks! See? so many simple ways around your house! And if you don’t have those exercise mats, just use a towel or blanket and there you go! Your own home-made gym!

dance. dance dance dance. it’s better than jogging and running and all cuz you are using more muscles.

also, i recently learned that walking is better than jogging. jogging and running creates bulky muscle, so technically gaining more weight (muscle weight) instead of creating a nice lean leg. walking is SO MUCH BETTER. and you should be able to do that longer.

i used to dance and walk every day last year and i was in the greatest shape of my life. now that i’ve moved and my whole life is different, it’s been hard to keep up with that schedule i used to have.

always do whatever you are in the mood for because you will put more into it. If you feel like you should go on a long walk but REALLY DONT want to then dont. instead, do like Harijan said and DANCE! put on your favorite get moving music and shake that tail feather!!! (ha?) but yeah, i even do stuff like just run around my room jumping on my bed, jumping jacks, push ups, crunches..whatever! and it works1 if you are watching tv, do crunches every commercial break! good luck
