I have put on a little weight since the last time I’ve got on the scale. This is something that is not unusual because whenever I get down to around 207 – 209 my body likes to balloon up again. It happens everytime and then I have to start from scratch. Not this time though, this time I’m going to do what I can to make sure it doesn’t happen.

Another tip

i love your goals! My fiance and I are too trying to lose some weight. I have been steady at a comfortable weight, but now trying to reach perfection (the impossible), I have joined my fiance in his quick fix of the no carbs diet. We call it the Jason diet, named after him, because it isn’t really atkins. But it works all the same, chicken and salad all the time (fruits and vegetables are always good). I just reacently, as suggested above, started to eat properly, smaller and healthier meals. However, for a quick fix for our vacation, this is working great!
