Vegetarian the healthy way.

I’m doing so well! Well, not today, but I make it effort to eat a healthy breakfast (cereal, oatmeal, fruit…) and snack on almonds during the day (about 7 almonds = 1g of protein), lot’s of Mexican food and dairy products. I gave up caffeine 6 years ago, when I was diagnosed with depression, and it has done wonders not drinking soda. Lemonade is the best!
