I try to include people in things so that they don’t feel left out. I know how it feels to want to join a group, but think that they may not want you. But then there are the times (too many of them), when you include people and they turn on you. Sometimes it’s on purpose. Sometimes it’s because they are so insecure, or rude, or clueless. When that happens, I wonder why I bother with other people – until I see someone who looks like they want to be included.

Either I don’t learn, or it’s my nature to encourage people.
