I’ve fallen into a stupid ridiculous unabashed crush…that cannot be returned. However, it doesn’t matter-this crush has shaken me awake and I want to jump back into life again! it hurts when a crush isn’t returned, but that tingling warm wonderful lightheaded feeling cannot be replaced with anything else. I don’t just want to climb mountains I want to move them. I don’t just want to dance to one song I want to teach the world to dance all the day long. Instead of crying over my unrequited love, I’m grabbing this passionate moment and screaming my way through the entire ride, doing everything my heart intends me to do. So, I thank this crush anonnymously for the inspirational boost I’d needed.

I totally relate to that!

I was really taken with ur entry coz I remember I have had the same kind of experience…where I had a crush on this guy for nearly 2 years and I would cry at night…because no matter how hard I tried to get his attention he didn’t feel the same way!..finally I gave up a year ago when he went out with some other girl…ofcourse I was hurt…but at the same time I was happy that he had found someone…I know it sounds really stupid…but that’s how I felt..I have now moved overseas and so has he…sometimes I think of him…and wonder if I’ll ever find that someone special…well there’s always hope aye?...sorry if I bored you…it’s just good to share with someone completely removed from the situation.

I hope that you have found some comfort in what I have written, especially since it is proof that we are never alone in how we feel. This is all a part of the human existance: pain does help make us who we are, but so does how we respond to pain as well. Keep the beautiful things your crush gave you always in your heart, but also remember this phrase- “it is what it is.” And by the by, the entire purpose of this site is to share our experiences so don’t ever think you are boring anyone! if you do, THEY are on the wrong site!
