When I was working out regularly three years ago I finally was able to touch my toes – I’ve stopped working out over the last year and now I can’t even get past my knees without grimacing! I am going to try and start stretching every day for a few minutes to start and then try doing some yoga at home..we’ll see how it goes. I’ve always wanted to be able to touch my palms to the floor without bending my knees – being flexible seems to make people more graceful….
